Poligon advocates for policies that eliminate the root causes of poverty and provide support for those currently experiencing poverty. We tirelessly work on domestic human needs issues such as affordable housing, hunger, and labor issues in the country.

In efforts to protect vulnerable communities Poligon is partnered with:

  • Washington Interfaith Staff Community, a network of over 70 Washington offices of national religious bodies and faith-based organization and collaborate on advocacy for U.S. government policies that advance a more just, peaceful and ecologically sustainable world.
  • Domestic Human Needs Working Group, is one of the oldest working groups within the Washington Interreligious Staff Community (WISC). Representing a wide variety of religious organizations and faith traditions, we might not agree on everything, but ending the poverty and hunger facing millions of Americans is a priority we all share.
  • Coalition on Human Needs, is an alliance of national organizations working together to promote public policies which address the needs of low-income and other vulnerable populations.
